Good response from the main office in making appt for estimate, scheduled for the following week. 2 cleaners arrived on time...Janet and Aida, and the manager Erica who visited to work up the estimate came by to check on progress. The cleaners worked 5 hours with no breaks or stopping in a deep clean on my 1br, 1 bath apartment. The time was looking to go over time alloted in the estimate , so Erica called me for ok to proceed to finish with the scope of work agreed to. Very satisfied with results and communication and service from the company. This was my first deep clean in 4 years covering walls, baseboards, behind and under furniture, bathroom and kitchen deep cleaned. I felt the cost was reasonable for productive time spent. Will call them again for a standard cleaning now the big deep clean completed.

I ordered a deep cleaning. I was charged $840 which was supposedly a discount for one of the the workers misplacing my blind turner and not putting things back. However, the workers did not do a deep cleaning as promised. I found smudges and streaks on mirrors, smudges on windows and my glass tables. My things were not put back in the way they were found. The refrigerator door was not wiped down and I found debris still on the floor. For a deep clean this was unacceptable especially for the rate of $910 that was originally going to be charged. I called the company to share the problem, to which they offered to send another crew out to clean up what the first crew missed(a total inconvenience to me). Instead I requested compensation for the poor service and to date the issue has not been resolved.
