This encompasses both the initial deep clean and subsequent general or rotation cleaning plans designed for homes of various sizes. The exact pricing is determined by the total hours of work required, calculated at our standard hourly rate.
We charge our rates by the hour. Number of cleaning hours would depend on the cleaning type (initial deep cleaning + general cleaning, total deep cleaning or rotational cleaning) and the size of the place to be cleaned.

- For deep cleaning it comes with the oven and fridge cleaning inside and out if they want to clean the fridge it must be empty
- Move in and move out - we include the additional services on the estimate unless they don’t want it. But if they want it’s an additional service for $75.
Cancellation Policy
We strive to provide flexible and reliable cleaning services to all our clients. To ensure efficiency and fairness for both our clients and our professional cleaning teams, we adhere to the following cancellation policy:
Any cancellations or rescheduling be communicated to us at least two weeks before their next scheduled cleaning appointment. This advance notice allows us to manage our schedule effectively and allocate jobs to our cleaners without disruption.
Cancellation Charges:
If a cancellation notice is received on the day of the scheduled cleaning service, we are obliged to charge the full amount of the scheduled cleaning. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and in situations where the full charge is not feasible, we offer an alternative to charging a reduced cancellation fee of $75.
If a client needs to cancel or reschedule their cleaning appointment within 24 to 48 hours of the scheduled time, they need to inform us as soon as possible to avoid any cancellation fees. We aim to provide flexibility where possible and will do our best to accommodate changes to their cleaning schedule without additional charges.
